Tip: For best results use a sandwich press when toasting.
Ideal for bruschetta.
Thaw bread and using a fluted round cookie cutter, cut out rounds from the bread slices.
Using a sandwich press lightly brush rounds of thawed bread with olive
oil cook until golden. Top with diced tomatoes that have been blended
with some balsamic vinegar, salt, freshly cracked pepper and fresh
shredded basil leaves.
Pizza Rolls

Ideal served with a hearty soup. Simply heat, slice into
fingers and serve!

Serve with freshly mashed potato, steamed carrots, broccoli and cauliflower.

Ideal for school lunches just wrap frozen lamington in cling wrap and pop into lunch box. Delicious for afternoon tea or just about anytime. Handy standby to keep in the freezer.
Sticky Date Pudding

For an extra indulgence try the sticky date pudding served with a raspberry coulis.
1. To make the coulis: buy a can of raspberries and put through a blender with 1 to 2 tablespoons
of pure icing sugar (to taste) and a squeeze of lemon juice until smooth.
2. Put through a sieve.
3. Pour onto plate and place heated pudding onto the couli and pour the heated caramel sauce
over the top.
